Nelson leads this project and is responsible for the efficiency and activity coordination of the outstanding professional team at Midtown Doral. With over 25 years of experience, Nelson has had a successful and productive career in sales, marketing, and investment analysis. He is a product introduction leader in Latin America, with the ability and expertise to ensure excellent yields and results through innovative action plans.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Luis coordinates all of Midtown Doral’s construction projects, with a focus on efficiency and timely results. Luis has been responsible for the direction and coordination of all operating activities of companies engaged in major construction projects in the United States and overseas. He has direct engagement in the projects, including overseeing other professionals involved in the construction activities, such as architects, engineers, purchasers, appraisers, and experts.
Over 20 years of Information Technology Management experience, Ezequiel has designed and developed several applied technological concepts which have turned challenges into profitable business solutions. Ezequiel has worked as a technology officer for several companies, with an emphasis on high-level design and planning. His background also includes the development of information systems based on technological and organizational requirements of corporate clients. Ezequiel's mission is to ensure Midtown Doral's smart building concept, applying his technological expertise to the project.
Nancy worked in the financial services industry for almost 30 years. She started her career as the Controller of Merrill Lynch's Equity Marketing Division and moved on to provide high net worth clients with personalized financial services and planning, and investment advice as a Financial Advisor at UBS. Nancy later accepted the position of Private Banking Division Manager of the largest bank headquartered in Florida before establishing her own consulting business and moving on to sell commercial and residential real estate. She is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing for one of Doral's largest pre-construction condominium projects. Nancy earned a BS in Finance and International Business and an MBA in Finance.
Ana has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with an emphasis on sales management and administrative activities. Ana is the top-producer excelling in sales and customer satisfaction. She has proven track record in accounting and insurance, as it pertains to pre-construction projects.
Michelle gained a vast wealth of knowledge over her 14 year career in the real estate field. After working for a prestigious real estate company, Michelle obtained her CAM license and took on a challenging position as Property Manager for Camden Properties. Her various positions give her an enormous amount of experience. She plans to continue to expand her portfolio in the real estate industry. Michelle earned her BS in Business Administration and BA in Phsychology.
Salome graduated from FIU with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business. Since the inception of Midtown Doral, she has worked as the project’s Contract Coordinator. Salome is an integral part of a sale, working closely with Midtown Doral Sales Professionals and Buyers from the beginning stages of the sale process to the closing date.
Over 15 years of experience in Real Estate in Florida, providing her with the required expertise for a highly professional performance in the management of properties in the sales and residential rental fields, as well as in business management, both for established units and pre-construction projects. Successful results in contract preparation, review, authorization, and auditing, as well as in commission calculation and payment. Efficiently navigates EcondoSystems, the management control tool specifically designed for the real estate industry. Gaby wisdom and background enable her efficient management of Sale-Purchase agreements and all financial and legal procedures connected thereto.
Over 15 years of experience in finance and management. Jacqueline is responsible for the development of management and financial procedures related to business analysis, banking forecasts, financial reporting, acknowledgment of business opportunities, and project follow-up, with emphasis on time assignment and cost analysis efficiency. She has been responsible, throughout her career with some various international financial institutions, for the establishment of tactical and strategic goals, through the collection of information, identification of trends and options, establishment of goals, and assessment of results. Management activities of Midtown Doral development are among Jacqueline’s tasks, including the compliance with financial obligations.
Over 17 years of experience in the social communications field, Edda specialized in corporate communication, the press and public relations. She has handled institutional and commercial relations and has experience in the preparation of advertising campaigns, digital marketing and graphic design. She has negotiation and organization skills and broad expertise in the real estate market. Edda applies her journalism experience and communications expertise to ensure Midtown Doral's corporate image is well established nationally and internationally.

De Los Reyes Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Hector De Los Reyes, P.E. as a one-man office. Delant Construction Co. was established in 1982 by the Delgado family as a continuation of a lifetime dedication to the construction industry. The company has been responsible for a variety of projects, both in the public and private sectors. Within the past years, as the General Contractor of Record, the company has completed the construction of some of the most successful design-build projects in Dade County’s history: the state-of-the-art Metro West Correctional Facility Phases I and II, the Krome Detention Center Off-site Infrastructure project, the Noise Abatement Barrier at the Miami International Airport, and the Water & Sewer Department Headquarters, totaling over $200 million of construction. PSI Engineering Inc. provides Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler construction documents and design services. The firm was established in 1998 by Roger L. Perez. Mr. Perez started working in the engineering industry since 1986, while obtaining his mechanical engineering degree. His work experience enabled him to collaborate and work with several elite engineering firms in a wide variety of projects.
